Ask anyone who works with me at Sinclair Community College, and they will tell you that I keep the phones ringing at the Sinclair help desk. As much as I love technology and all of its benefits, I have the worst time keeping my devices running. That said, I am incredibly thankful to have access to the outstanding technology and support available at Sinclair.

Sinclair boasts some of the best Web systems, apps, software and information-technology (IT) solutions in higher education. In fact, in 2007, we were named among the top 10 tech-savvy community colleges in the country by the American Association of Community Colleges.

In this issue you will get a better understanding of how the college provides IT solutions and tech support for its more than 26,000 students and 2,400 employees. You will also learn about the work in the classroom that is better preparing our students to get the tech jobs available in our region.
